My experience was quite frustrating. The front desk attendant was dressed casually in a football jersey and was unhelpful, which made checking in a hassle. I had no idea where the pool was located and barely received guidance on the breakfast situation. To top it off, the noise from the guests next door kept me up all night, as their conversation echoed through the walls. It was not what I expected for the price I paid.

However, the breakfast options lacked variety for families, and the soundproofing could be improved for a more private experience, especially for light sleepers.

I stayed here with my cousin for a show and was surprised by the upscale feel and cleanliness. The staff helped us with a wine opener even though we didn’t buy it there. The room had a modern style, and it suited us well as we spent time relaxing and playing games after the event. As an art historian, I appreciated the environment.
